staff in shop are really friendly and professional
my floor was installed in a day but there was an underlying problem in that my own floorboards were uneven in places
tis later caused floor boards to lift
carpet express staff in shop were great immediately offered to take up and refit whole floor. when they lifted floor boadrs they saw problem and advised me what to do to fix problem and agreed to a third call out to refit floor when i had fixed underlying problem...
only one member of staff proved to be completely useless
he was a smart arse and tried to treat me like i was a dimwit
mostly because he was lazy and didnt want to do any work
i dont think he will be employed there for much longer
i would definitly use this company again. without hesitaion
i wouldnt let one smart arse ruin a companys image
as for dan other guy who came to my house.. well he was great
professional polite and everything you want when installing wooden floors... pity he had to be embarrassed by his colleagues behaviour.
