Tom took a call on a Sunday, had the glass required, was cheaper than the glass I'd bought and dropped the evening before and even recommeneded methods for fitting. I can't praise his helpfulness enough, and the directions suppiled. I had the window finished 2 hours after first making contact.

I offered to collect the glass and this wasn't an issue. ALL other glass MERCHANTS wanted 250yo before actaully selling me some glass. One did offer if he'd been called out he would ring and arrange for me to pick up glass once someone paid the money for him to get off his arse.

When I heard of this site, this guy was the first to get the thumbs up!

Now on to the bad guys.
