I live down the country and made the mistake of getting all my sanitaryware in Dublin. While the product range was very good, it wasn't worth it with the nightmare that followed. When I went in to finalise my order approx. 3 months before the builder would need it, the order was printed off, but it was nothing like what I had ordered. There were extra toilets and sinks, but the bath was missing, and the sinks that I had ordered were not on the order; and the staff member who had taken the order had left! so I spend 2.5 hrs getting it right with another staff member who to his credit was very helpful. He has since left the company; the required delivery date was given with plenty of notice, but it turned out to be almost a week later, and some items were missing; and we had to pay up front. I'm not going to go on anymore, but suffice it to say, get as much as you can locally, whereever you are building. TL Product/Service Range 4
