Customer service was non existant as the suite I ordered 7 months ago turned out never to have been ordered.It took phone call after phone call to find this out. No one ever followed up why my sofa hadn't arrived. Staff were of no help at all and I'm now waiting for my deposit back.It's put me off furniture shopping for life!! Good prices, plenty of choice for cheaper furniture. Good for buying a bed for the spare room! Very quick delivery time, good customer service. Good selection of mattresses.
