Turned up when they said they would, turned out there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher so he only charged the call out fee and offered to return if I had a re-occurance of the same issue. Very nice to deal with and didn't try and spin me a story and charge me for something that wasn't wrong. Honest, reliable and pleasant to deal with.
