Hired to remove airlocks from our pipes, but the plumber ended up damaging our immersion tank, which then sprung a leak. After calling up to get someone else to come along, the customer service person was very rude and abusive over the phone. They then sent someone else in to fix the problem the original plumber created, who falsely told me that the whole piping system, boiler and radiators would have to be replaced. Work Quality 1
