I would concur very much with the last review, It was either a feast or a famine with their contractors, I presume because they were so busy on other jobs some days you would see them and other days you would see nobody. This led to delays and the conversion dragged along. Howeve I am satisfied with the end result. But dont know if I would use them again	Work Quality 2 Reliability 2 Competence 2 Cleanliness 2 Value for Money 4 Overall 2.40

Too busy to keep a handle on their contractors which leads to a lot of unecessary stress for the customer. One particular crew of carpenters kept going missing, smoked in my attic and eventually I had to ask for them to be replaced. Not great customer satisfaction either when making a complaint. Overall the conversion was good.	Work Quality 2 Reliability 1 Competence 3 Cleanliness 1 Value for Money 3 Overall 2.00
