I purchased motor insurance through 123.ie through a glitch on their site I was charged twice for my policy. Now over 2 weeks on I am still trying to get the refund!!! Every time i ring I'm informed that it has been forgotten but that it will be put through straight away,. first time I said that was fine. five similar conversations later I am not a happy camper!Not what I would call customer friendly Product/Service Range 3

I have a 4 bed bungalow in co dublin and I usually scoot around for best prices on home insurance. One year I got the best deal from hiberniandirect.ie, but the followign year the renewal had gone up.
This year (July 2006)I tried 123.ie and got a quick detailed online quote. Last year's premium (best price) was about €400 (I think). This year it was €218 from 123.ie. And the next best quote was about €300 I think I recall.
But the cool thing is that they help you calculate the rebuild value online. I was surprised it is up to 190K for a 1000 square foot house. And it was clear wat was covered and what was not.
And it all came printed so you could make corrections. I'm not saying you should buy from these guys without getting quotes from all over. But to take my insurance bill down from €450 with Mike Murphy's five years ago to €216 this year is quite a feat! 		Product/Service Range 4
