Charlie has done a number of plumbing/heating jobs for us over the past year and I have found him to be extremely competent, hardworking, reliable and value for money. Unlike a lot of other tradespeople he does not go for the most expensive option but lists the options available and allows the customer to choose what is best for them. We have had to call him out twice for emergency plumbing situations and he was very responsive and solved the problem quickly in both cases.
