When I started using Wiser Bins they were very helpful. They even agreed to empty my old bin company bins for me. They have 3 choices in payment/putting out bins options which you can switch between. I have always found their staff to be friendly and to have good ability. Although they are not yet popular in my area they do come around every week on time and the bin is emptied - that is all you can ask from a bin company... Product/Service Range 4

On two seperate occasions the workers on the collection lorry broke our bin. Instead of replacing or reporting the broken bin the just threw the broken binlid into the back of the lorry. One of these occasions we saw them do it.
when we reported this to the office in Midleton the said they would replace trhe broken bin. on the first occasion we were waiting for a full month for our replacement bin while ringing every week. On the second occasion we got so fed up of waiting we called into the office to collect the replacement broken parts and were left waiting for an hour while staff just ignored us. Not a very professional outfit in my opinion,considering they are looking for return business every year. 		Product/Service Range 3

I have had no problem whatsoever with Wiser Bins. I leave out the bin and they collect it. Exactly as it should be. Product/Service Range 4

Cant fault them, was with the other crowd available in the area and they were a joke. Wanted me to take the bin quarter of a mile up the road every time to make it easier for them. Wiser have always collected and time and there staff in the office have been very helpful. one lady even went out at lunchtime to post my bin tag personally as I was late with payment to ensure my bin was picked up. I cancelled my service a number of weeks ago and the staff knowledge of when pick up of the old bin would occur was poor and was their lack of suggestion as to what to do with the recycling bin (which remains your property). Hardly great service from a waste mgt company! 3 mths later and my bin still is sits outside my front door awaiting pick up despite numerous follow up calls on my behalf. Given the trend to swap bin disposal companies, I know that I will not be going back to Wiser Bins due to their extermely poor customer service! Product/Service Range 3
