I recently dealt with a girl named Veronica in Cork. She was very well mannered and knowledgable of all the diferent tiles. She advised me very well about natural stone, i knew a lot more coming out than i thought i would. She was very patient and went through everything with a fine tooth comb. We were happy to buy from her and will go back again if ever we need anything. Indeed all of the staff there are very helpful and friendly and forthcoming. I would recommend that you shop here. Appalling service. Spent a small fortune with them. Problem started with goods not being delivered on time. Then delivery was missing small items. Shower didn\'t work. Manager was no help. promised refund on delivery charge, never happened. Don\'t give these people your business. Product/Service Range 2
