My girlfriend and i asked Tom to make a waterproof cover for our gazebo, Tom was most reluctant, as he kept telling us that we were measuring it wrongly, after our third meeting i rang Tom to tell him, i was now bowing to his Superior Knowledge of measurements, and that he was Right and i was Wrong about the measurements, And he then made a perfectly measured gazebo cover for us at a very realistic price. Top marks to Tom, Anybody else would have given us what we asked for first day, and it would not have fitted properly, it was Toms patience and understanding and unwillinginess to do a bad job,that made it right for us, AAA +++, Ken & Caroline, Ballincollig.
