I waited 3 days for decking to be delivered.I went into their office the day after I ordered the decking.They apologised.They said I would have it the following day before lunch.No delivery arrived.Its now 6.30 on day 3 and no sign off wood. Incredibly poor service.I buy a lot of coal there too.Its not as if they dont know me..maybe thats the problem.
