Bought a house in Sept 2008-Coolkellure, Leheneghmore. Stunning house,beautifully finished,attention to detail is high-love the finish to the park ie lighting,planting and cobblelock driveways.Happy purchaser. Work Quality 5

Bare minimum on everything and corners cut wherever they can. Insulation terrible. I have yet to meet a person in the Grange Manor estate that has not had a problem. Some are shocking. Like a chimney having to virtually re-built from scratch, after they tried to patch it up with a cheap fix twice. Discovered the reason my downstairs toilet was always freezing was Ruden used an internal vent cover on the outside - result constant draft. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Work Quality 1

Purchased a 3 bedroomed homes from the above at Manor Farm and the finish of the house and estate has been excellent. Especially the service offered from Ann-Marie in office dealing with all issues relating to the build. Work Quality 5
