Quailty and price are good but staff are poor, do not shop here relying on their delivery, they will promise to have your purchase delivered the same day you buy it and keep you waiting at home for it only to give you the excuse of being 'too late' even though the quantity isn't large and the distance was only a 10 minute drive Product/Service Range 4

I had carpets fitted throughout my house and my furniture delivered same day. Range was good and prices very competive.

The price that the store had on offer for the items I was interested in was very competetive. However, customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. I paid for 5 bar stools on the 9th September. I took the three that they had in the store, the other two were supposed to be in the warehouse. It is now November and I still haven't recieved what I have paid for. The staff also promised to call me back on a number of occasions, but it was always me who ended up chasing them. Would not reccommend them. Product/Service Range 3
