I had my new front door fitted yesterday! It's perfect. Right from the start, dealing with Munster Joinery was a joy. Everything happened on time; Your receptionist was friendly and easy yo reach! A real person to talk to! Amazing these days. Your 2 Fitters were on the ball and on time ! They even phoned at 9.30 pm. last evening to see if I was happy! Congratulations on great service. From the date of order until completion (albeit I still await more problems) I had an absolute nightmare with this company. Over one year to complete and rectify problems with installation in my new build. Customer care an absolute disgrace.

The service we received from Munster joinery aka Baskil Windows was terrible. We ordered a door and it was both badly made and very badly fitted. A second door was ordered, when it arrived it was not much better! The whole thing took six weeks and has set us back causing delays with plasterers etc. My advice avoid this company!!! i just recieved my pvc windows and doors from munster joinery. The service from start to finish has been excellent. I was dealing with there rep Nathen who is a gentelman. He knew all about there products and is very profesional.I recieved my windows 2 weeks after ordering and they were fitted the next day by Leo,again another gentelman. And excellent value!! Cant beat Munster Joinery for Price, I bought a combination of Golden Oak PVC and hardwood teak Windows. PVC are very Good, I cant say the same for the hard wood. Poorly put together and will require excessive sanding as the internal beading has a lot of splinters and tack holes. On my double doors(wood) the dividing bars(which divide the door into 3 equal sections) are out of line. Customer service can be a bit of an effort, and are always looking for the easy way out! Summary: go with them for PVC windows, considering paying a bit extra with someone else for Hardwood. Product/Service Range 4

Regularly purchase products here. Dermot Corkery is who I deal with and is very efficient and friendly. Their prices cannot be beaten and product range and standard is excellent. Product/Service Range 5
