It breaks my heart to mark anything good about this garden centre. I bought a patio table and 6 chairs with a brolly. The delivery was speedy and free which was great, but this centre sadly lacks any pleasant customer service. All was well when I was handing over my money, but I got a faulty brolly and when I rang to lodge complaint I was treated very poorly. I then called to them to return the brolly and I was actually subjected to verbal abuse. It was unreal. It was unacceptable and I would never shop there again or reccommend it to anyone else. You're fine handing over the money but don't dare complain.
