We haven\'t been using Oil heating for very long and I\'m not sure whether we are using Kerosene or Diesel. When asking for quotes for 500l the lady was very curt with me in relation to which type we used. I asked for quotes on both. When I asked for quotes for 900l (during the same phonecall) she again asked whether it was for Kerosene or diesel- as I still don\'t know- I asked for quotes for both. She said she\'d have to give me a call back as she was on another call. Surely it wasn\'t too taxing a question to request this sort of quote from an oil company! It\'s been a long time since I\'ve dealt with such rude customer service. Product/Service Range 3
