Rural Refuse and Rec cycling have stopped answering their phone. A recorded message on the phone number given on their invoices tells you that their mailbox if full. Calls to Mr Binman (the owning company) get you transferred to the phone line with the "mailbox is full" message. Calls head office get you a promise that someone will call back but they do not.
