The value for money doesn't compensate for the poor quality of this builder. BE WARNED - This builder is refusing to rectify externals plastering issues, roofing issues and internal snags on 10 homes in Laghtagoona. The builder is impossible to contact, constantly "in meetings", refuses to address the issue but yet states that all homes they build have a 2 year quibble free guarantee !!!	Work Quality 1 Reliability 1 Competence 1 Cleanliness 1 Value for Money 3 Overall 1.40

All too happy to make contact before final contracts were signed, but wont answer calls now to fix major safety problems with the contruction across the site	Work Quality 2 Reliability 2 Competence 2 Cleanliness 3 Value for Money 2 Overall 2.20
