Dealt with a lady sales rep a little over 2 yrs ago, found my over-all experience with this company very poor. Ordered ALL of my household appliances with this company. One of these appliances was a Zanussi dish-washer,I specified when paying that I did NOT want the display model,she asured me I would recieve a new appliance,instead I recieved the display model all nicely wrapped up in dirty cardboard. I was completely disgusted, ennis electrical then arranged for a new appliance to be delivered to me from Nenagh. This took 6 days. During these 6 days I had waited at home for this delivery as I had been told by the lady sales rep that it was being delivered each day I had rang,therfore I waited. I am by no means a difficult customer,infact quiet a patient person but this company really tested my patience. Product/Service Range 2
