In 2001 I added a kitchen and bath on to a house that had neither. Being from out of the area, I wasn't sure the nearest hardware store would have what i needed but soon learned that this efficient hardware had almost everything i needed and what they didn't have, they ordered for me. As well as being a great shop, the shop-keepers were personable and reliable, often going out of their way (and job description) to help. I now pass buy all the chain hardwares stores, and shop at Duggans first.
