My father needed a new washing machine a few weeks. One telephone call to Swans Electrical and I got all the details I required.I did speak to the Main Man Mr Swan who couldn't have been more helpful.The washing machine arrived the following morning to Kilkenny. BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVEN HAD!!! Many Thanks Swans!! Product/Service Range 5

i bought a dryer in which,just 5 months later it broke,the repair man said it was a fuse in the back of the dryer,in which nobody knew there were such things in the dryer,within an hour of been fixed the dryer broke again,and when i got back in contact with swans i was told i have to wait another 5 days,the dryer is under guarantee and i can,t figure out why i wasn,t giving a new dryer. Swans may not seem the best value at first. They will discount to match any better offers advertised or just because you ask Product/Service Range 4

overall found swans to be the best value for electrical in Carlow. while individual items may initially not appear to be competitive with other electrical suppliers, when it came to giving an overall discount they beat anyone I priced in both Dublin or Carlow for the main electrical goods I needed e.g. microwave, fridge, washing machine & oven. In addition, they were very accommodating and helpful in the selection process. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Ask for a discount if buying for a few items, they will try and match or beat competitors on price if they can. Product/Service Range 4
