We visited a number of different appliance stores in Carlow and Dublin and we found our visit to Electro City in Carlow to be sheer joy in comparison. We were helped by an employee named Will (I hope its ok to give his name) and we found him to be highly knowlegeable about every appliance and brand in store. Previous to this visit we were fed up with the lack of knowledge and customer service in all of the other electronic stores where we found that employees either didnt know, care or lied when we asked questions. He was more than helpful and from the customer service alone we know we will be entirely decking out our new house with Will\'s help. Customer service is the best I have found in years. I recently went to Electro City in Carlow to purchase a washing machine. When i told the saleperson the washing machine i wanted he advised me that it would not be available to be delivered to me until the following week, as it was in their Kilkenny store and they had no way of getting it any sooner. I went to another electrical shop (Expert Electrical) in Carlow town and had the washing machine delivered 10mins after I had returned from purchasing it. Product/Service Range 4
