I was promised early delivery and even though I phoned them several times and they told me they would be with me shortly was left waiting until after 5. Got more carpets afterwards and explained the delivery situation with the salesman who promised me first delivery of the day and ended up in the same situation again. Good product, good price, Very poor delivery and staff were not upfront about what time it would actually arrive. Product/Service Range 4

The only snag is they look for 2/3 deposit in advance of ordering your carpet.... Availability/Delivery 4
