Hi,
I have a problem with a house located near the sea that seems to have penetrating damp. I have been advised it could be caused by masonry getting on the joint between the blocks.
Is there any water repellent sealants that could be used on the outside of the house to prevent this from occurring?
Any advice appreciated. |

Yes there are sealers out there but it is not possible to say how deep your problem is without seeing it. In many cases a sealer is only a temporary sollution. I would advise having an Engineers report or if you know of any good Architects have them drop by to have a look at the problem |
