Hi there,
We are thinking of changing our dormer roof structure - it is 7 years old but we are unhappy with the quality of the structure. We live in an exposed area and have young children. Sound carries easily and the wooden floor lets the draughts in. We are seriously thinking of stripping off the roof and putting in concrete flooring and walls for upstairs. Has anyone done this before ????
