Gas Heating.

Hi

We recently converted our heating from oil to gas but the house is much colder now!. The boiler is set to mark 4 as recommended by the installers. The room nearest the boiler is the only warm comfortable room.

We now have to wear sweatshirts and fleece tops every evening in order to stay warm.

I read somewhere about "balancing" the rads. Does anyone know what this does and who can do it (or can I do it myself ??) and, if so, would it make a difference ?
