The first person to see would be an architect. She will tell you whether you need planning permission or not, and with your guidance, draw plans for project. Once this is done, find a reputable builder to do construction work. Best of luck. |

we are planning an extension and a friend told us about a brill product you can use to get the most our of the space you have. its called model rooms and there is a discount when you buy it through this site (HomeWise.ie) if you go to the home page you will see it towards the bottom of the page. It helped us give the architect a better idea of what we needed. Its basically a little model that you can set to scale to help you plan your rooms. |
