Yes, mkeddy, you can paint PVC windows with great success. Clean the frames thouroughly with soapy water and let dry. DO NOT SAND THE PVC. Apply a thin coating of a product called BIN primer/sealer, a little bit goes a long way...and it is splashy so take precautions (shake the container very well before opening), let that first coat dry (it only takes minutes) then apply a second coat. The first coat bonds to the PVC and the second acts as an undercoat for the finish coat. Then, depending on the colour (BIN is an off white) put on one or two coats of your finish ...Good luck!  |

One more word of advice...if it's not too late! It is not widely known but the best way to clean and store your brushes with BIN is to use ammonia...open those windows you are painting when you use it though!  |
