Hello,looking to convert existing 5.2m x 2.5m garage into playroom and utility, which will require garage floor to be raised by 150mm to finished floor level, sound proofed wall between playroom and utility.Also want to fit in understairs toilet with basin. Looking to move wall mounted boiler from kitchen to utility.
3 bed semi in Cork. Looking for ball park estimate!
Can anyone recommend reliable builder
