Cavity Wall and Attic Insulation

Lookin for advice re insulating the cavity in the walls of a new house.
We are in the house 2 years now, it is 2 storey, the walls are insulated on the inside but there is no insulation in the cavity. I'm told that the cavity is 2 inches.
Which type of insulation is better, bonded bead or rockwool?

I have heard mention of warmfill and certainfill, which is better ?

What about attic insualtion , is it better to have rockwool blown in to the attic or would the rolls of insulation be a better job?

You are probably sorted by now but just in case you are not. I got my cavity walls and attic done recently by insulateyourhome.ie. Worked out really well especially with the grants. Give them a shout.
