It's not bad enough that the economy has plummeted, we now have a rise in crime that goes hand in hand with the recession. Just because there is less to go 'round, doesn't give these scumbags the right to break into you home and steal your possessions. It is estimated that 20% of the burglaries now take place when the ownder is in the home.

With this in mind, Intruder Alarms would seem to be the only deterent that they undersatnd. While no Alarm Systems can deter the most determined of burglar, studies show that in the vst majority of cases, an intruder will choose an unalarmed premises before an alarmed one. These scum of the earth would appear to be lazy and opportunistic so by having alarm systems in place, at the very least you will pass these wasters onto the next premises.

There is a an argument for having CCTV Systems also but in reality these will only suit businesses or large establishments. It obviously adds to the cost but can in no small way add to that feeling of security of the householder.

There are lots of options out there.
