A small part of the fascia board on the gable wall of my sem-d came off in the high winds. I'm wondering who I need to get to repair or replace it - a builder or a carpenter or a roofer? I'm also wondering if I need to be thinking about replacing the whole thing. Looking at other houses in this estate there is a lot of very worn looking wood on fascia boards. Mine actually looks better than most but that's probably cos it was painted fairly recently. I'm in Co Wicklow. Any thoughts on what I should do, or suggestions of who I should get to do it, would be great.
