Hi, I'm shopping for shirts on ebay, and I was wondering what the transition is between body size and shirt size. For instance, I'm 33 inches around in the chest, and I'd like to know how many inches (flat) the shirt should be. I see some smalls that say 15 inches flat, and some that say 18 inches flat. Can anyone help me out here?
